HOUSTON, TX – February 2020 – Percheron has hired Seth Mitchell, as Director - Environmental to support our Northeast and Midwest operations. He will be responsible for managing environmental projects and continued business development efforts for growth based out of our Pittsburgh, PA regional office. Seth has 17 years of experience in the cultural resources and environmental consulting fields. He holds an MA in Applied Archaeology from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Register of Professional Archaeologists. Seth has served projects in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast in the oil & gas and renewable energy industries.

Seth has extensive experience with SHPO consultation, and all phases of fieldwork and reporting under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. His experience includes serving as a project manager for various projects, primarily in the energy industry, requiring federal and state permits. Seth has been responsible for oversight of multidisciplinary teams for the completion of FERC resource reports, environmental permits, and agency consultations. He has extensive experience with SHPO consultation, and all phases of fieldwork and reporting under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. He holds Principal Investigator credentials is many states throughout the U.S.
