John Wilshere is a Project Manager - Energy, with 10 years of industry experience. He joined Percheron in June 2010, previously as a Land Administration Manager. John is an active member of the AAPL and MLBC.
Kevin L. Winner, SR/WA, MBA, is a Program Manager for Percheron for over 16 years. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communications and Master’s in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico. Kevin has been involved in the Right of Way Industry since 1999 and has worked for both private and public utility companies negotiating property rights for telecommunications, pipelines and electric and renewable facilities. Kevin has worked on unique projects in New Mexico renewing Rights of Way on tribal and allotted lands. He has been an IRWA member for 16 years and holds the SR/WA designation as a member of Chapter 53 in Albuquerque, NM. He is also an at large member of the International Utilities Committee. Kevin is currently serving his third term as a Trustee for the Right of Way International Education Foundation.
Rocky Wisnieski is IT Director for Percheron with 20 years of industry experience. He joined Percheron in July 2000, previously as IT Manager. Rocky is an active member of the AAPL and he has earned his ITIL certification.
Casey Dukeman is a Senior Specialist for Percheron, LLC. He has over 20 years of academic and consulting experience in the cultural resource management field. Casey's experience encompasses the assessment, management, and reporting of prehistoric and historic cultural resources in compliance with Section 106 of the NHPA and the Secretary of Interior Standards. Casey has well versed experience managing artifacts for catalogue, packaging and curation and is trained in all areas of laboratory preparation and analyses of artifacts and data. His specialized skills include Lithic Analysis, geotechnical data analysis, seismography, LiDAR, UAV Survey and scanning electron microscopy. Casey holds a Masters in Anthropology from the University of Wyoming and is a member of multiple archaeological societies.
Evan McClung is a Senior Project Manager for Percheron, LLC. He has over 20 years of experience with a diverse background in the environmental field. Specific professional experience includes project management, staff mentoring and supervision, extensive knowledge and skills with environmental permitting and regulations, wetlands ecology, wildlife ecology, ecological restoration, environmental assessments and monitoring, listed species surveys, and land and species management planning. Mr. McClung has extensive experience as an environmental consultant and as a regulator. Mr. McClung’s in-depth knowledge of environmental issues, regulations, and practices has enabled him to successfully manage multiple complex environmental projects in both the field and office in many regions of the United States.
Evan McClung is a PMO Project Specialist for Percheron, LLC. He has over 20 years of experience with a diverse background in project controls. Specific professional experience includes cost reporting, project scheduling, gross margin tracking and analysis, project change management along with experience in general ledger accounting, full accounts payable services audit, and tax package preparation. Mr. Coligan has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston.
Liam O'Toole is a Project Manager, Engineering for Percheron, LLC. He has over 17 years of experience in project management, construction management, and project controls in EPC, oil and gas engineering, and both facility and pipeline roles. While working in the Middle East he created a Project Management Office (PMO) and has hands-on experience as a construction manager on pipeline projects in the Denver Julesburg (DJ) Basin in Colorado. Liam has overseen the greenfield and brownfield pipeline and facility projects for a market leader in the Delaware basin, managing all pipeline greenfield installation projects from planning stages, budget creation through engineering, field services, construction, and final commissioning. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from McMaster University and his MBA, Total Quality Management from the University of Leicester.
Jason Trevino is a Project Manager, Survey for Percheron, LLC. Jason has over 25 years of industry experience. He has experience in managing pipeline design projects, from coordinating survey crews through managing the drafting designers and RPLS's. Jason's experience includes: data processing, preliminary & as-built alignment sheets, plan & profile drawings, cross-section drawings, HDD design drawings, permit drawings, exhibit drawings, navigable waterway pipeline inspection drawings, easement drawings & descriptions, boundary drawings & descriptions, topographic drawings, 3D laser scans, and points clouds. Jason holds his Oklahoma PLS.
