Carmelita Delgado, SR/WA, R/W-NAC is a Managing Director for Percheron, LLC. She has over 17 years of project experience in improving the energy industry infrastructure development in the private and public sectors.
Carmelita previously held the position of Regional Manager, North Central, managing electric transmission, wind, and solar projects for various large-scale clients in the region. Her expertise includes project management, fee/easement acquisition, corridor preservation, land use analysis, due diligence, title curative, and feasibility studies.
Carmelita is an active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA), currently serving as the Secretary/Treasurer for Region 9, and a member of Chapter 38. Carmelita is a member of the IRWA Electric Utilities Committee. She is a licensed real estate agent in Texas and Utah.
