Arch Stout is Corporate Survey Manager for Percheron, LLC. Arch joined Percheron in 2014 as Vice President, Survey and established an experienced survey team with increased capabilities. Arch has returned to his true passion, managing technical survey work in our Central Region. He is well versed in all aspects of boundary surveying, design and construction surveying, including the establishment and adjustment of horizontal and vertical controls for boundary surveys, engineering, highway, pipeline and transmission line route surveys, subdivision, levee and flood control surveys. He is also skilled in computer operations and computer-aided drafting and has supervised the preparation of construction plans, right of way plans, land survey plats, pipeline and transmission line easement plats and topographic maps.
Arch was a past Assistant Manager for Mustang Engineering. He was a founding partner at Costello, Inc., a Houston-based civil engineering and surveying company and has more than 45 years of varied surveying experience.
His career afforded him the opportunity to live across the country and spend 4 years working in the oil and gas industry in Saudi Arabia. Arch has been a licensed land surveyor for the past 32 years. He is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS), a member of the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors, both state and local chapters, and a veteran of the United States Army.
