Trent Oglesby is the Chief Executive Officer of Percheron, LLC, and serves on the Board of Directors. Trent assumed his current role with Percheron after serving as co-founder and CEO of Percheron Acquisitions and co-founder of Percheron Surveying, LLC. He was integral in forming a fully integrated client offering, hiring key personnel to help create and implement the policies and standards that have now developed one of the largest and fastest-growing land services companies in the United States. 

Trent began his career as an independent Petroleum Landman in 2000, performing complete mineral title, abstracts, lease checks, and permit title for OGM Land. Additional training in oil & gas included complete curative title, negotiation, and acquisitions of oil, gas, and mineral leases, right of way and easement agreements, surface and road use agreements, and regulatory compliance. He became General Manager of the Surface Land Department, managing all surface-related projects for the Exploration and Production clientele. In one year, he increased department revenue by 350%. Trent realized the need for right of way services and founded Percheron Acquisition, LLC.

Trent is formally trained in Business Administration. He is an active International Right of Way Association (IRWA) member and previously served on the Consultant's Committee. Trent is also involved in the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA). He holds his Project Management Professional  (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute.  

Mike Quinn is a Managing Partner for Percheron, LLC, with over 16 years of experience in the pipeline industry. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Percheron. 

Mike began his career as a land agent with OGM Land Company. He was responsible for projects in East Texas and the Barnett Shale, performing well site acquisition, mineral title, pipelines, and permitting. Transitioning into a project manager position with the newly formed Percheron Acquisitions, he oversaw intrastate pipeline projects, large surface sites, eminent domain, and large E&P gathering systems in the Barnett and Eagle Ford Shale Plays. In October 2016, Mike was promoted to General Manager, Central, overseeing all right of way projects throughout the country's Central Region, including large-scale pipeline and electric transmission projects. 

Throughout his career at Percheron, Mike has played an integral role in mentoring project management candidates, developing internal processes and software to provide project managers and clients with a consolidated reporting tool, and integrating multiple projects, schedules, and cost-tracking databases. He has further developed project management training to provide all Percheron managers the means to support our clients and their project needs best.  

Mike received his Applied Science Degree in Aquaculture from Texas State Technical College, then attended Texas A&M Corpus Christi to study environmental science. He is an active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA), the Pipeliners Association of Houston, and the San Antonio Pipeliners Association. Mike serves as a Commissioner for the City of Wharton Planning Committee and as a Director on various boards in the community.

Ana B. Rausch is a Managing Partner with Percheron, LLC. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Percheron. 

Ana has over 28 years of project management experience in the right of way industry for multiple sectors, including electric utility, pipeline, telecommunications, transit, wind, rail, transportation, and municipality projects. Her areas of expertise in infrastructure development include feasibility studies, negotiation, and acquisition, title research, title curative, permitting, relocation assistance, damage settlement, construction support, condemnation support, due diligence, and budgeting. 

Prior to joining Percheron in 2009, Ana was the Vice President of Real Estate for a major Transit Authority, managing real estate acquisitions for multiple rail lines. Before that, she worked in the right of way infrastructure industry, serving clients nationwide as a project manager.

Ana is actively involved in the International Right of Way Association (IRWA), previously serving as Secretary on the International Executive Committee. Ana is currently an IRWA International Electric and Utilities Committee member and served as Chair of IRWA Region 2 from 2015-2017. She is a Certified IRWA Climb Instructor, past President, and Professional of the Year for IRWA Chapter 8.

She holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the University of Houston. She has received IRWA’s designations for Senior Right of Way Agent (SR/WA) and Right of Way Relocation Assistance Certification (R/W-RAC). Ana is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
