Stacy Tichy
Stacy Tichy is a Project Manager for Percheron, LLC with 12+ years of industry experience. She joined Percheron in 2008, previously as a contractor then an in house Title Agent in 2017. Stacy is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Jurisprudence, with a concentration in Land Management from California University of Pennsylvania where she is expected to graduate in 2020. She is an active member of the AAPL, MLBC, and WEN-WV. Stacy earned her RPL certification from the AAPL in 2016.
Michael Tripp
Michael Tripp, RPLS is a Project Manager - Survey, with 21+ years of industry experience. He joined Percheron in March 2008, previously as a Project Manager. Michael has past experience working on high dollar survey/engineering projects on the East Coast and abroad. With Percheron he has had emphasis on E&P in the Oil and Gas industry. Michael received a Bachelor’s Degree in Cartography and Photogrammetry from Southwest Texas State University. He is an active member of the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors. Michael is a licensed surveyor in TX, NM, AZ, NV and CO.
Sharon Tucker
Sharon Tucker is Supervisor, Land Administration over 31 years of diversified experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. She joined Percheron in 2000 as a Data Specialist and has since grown to manage the Land Administration Department. Sharon is an active member of NALTA, ALTA, NADOA and HADOA. She is a CPLTA instructor and current CPLTA Certification Director.
Tanner Vlasic
Tanner Vlasic joined Percheron as HSE Administrative Assistant in June 2018. She has 7+ years of industry experience including auditing DOT contractor compliance programs for Operator Qualification, Drug and Alcohol, and OSHA Safety requirements. Tanner became a certified DOT Designated Employer Representative (DER) through DATIA in 2013 and is a former DATIA DER Certification Course Instructor. Prior to her role in auditing DOT compliance programs, Tanner worked Range Control at United States Marine Corps Base Range Training Facility in Hawaii where she implemented DOD, DOT, OSHA and EPA programs and regulations. Tanner received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Texas.
Allen Byerly
Allen Byerly, PLS is a Project Manager with +31 years of experience in surveying and land development. Allen joined Percheron in 2022. He received an Associate of Science degree from Houston Community College and is an active member of the Texas Land Surveyors Exchange.
Robert Winter
Robert Winter is a Project manager with 15+ years of experience within the ROW industry. He has experience in pipeline transmission and operations, electrical distribution/transmission, compressor stations, and modernization. He joined Percheron in 2008 for legacy company Mason Dixon as a senior landman and has worked on many large-scale projects over the years.
Lindsay Wagner
Lindsay Wagner is a Project Manager for Percheron, LLC with 11+ years of experience in the right of way industry. She joined Percheron in 2010, and her roles have included Project Manager, Documents Manager, Database Manager, Right of Way Agent, Permit Agent, Document Specialist, and Construction Coordinator. Lindsey recieved a Bachelor's degree in marketing from West Texas A&M Univesity, is an active member in IRWA, and holds her TREC license.
Jeff Woodson
Jeff Woodson, RPLS, is a Project Manager for Percheron, LLC with over 20 years of experience in Land Surveying in Texas and Louisiana, including transportation, construction, topographic, boundary, ALTA, route, and pipeline surveys. He also has experience in writing metes and bounds, easement descriptions and preparation of deed sketches from recorded subdivision maps, deeds, and tax drawings. Jeff earned a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Northeast Louisiana University and is a registered professional land surveyor.
Bernie Worley III
Bernie Worley, III is a Project Manager for Percheron, LLC with over 8 years of landman and project management experience. He joined Percheron in 2015, previously as a land lead. Bernie attended West Virginia University College of Law.
Anthony DeBenedetto
Anthony DeBenedetto is a PLS Project Manager at Percheron, LLC, with over 22 years of experience in the Oil & Gas energy industry. He received a Bachelor of Science in Natural Gas Engineering from Texas A&M University. His skills include engineering project completion, with a technical background in pipeline engineering, master planning, and cost estimating.
Pammy Hluchan
Pammy Hluchan is a Senior Project Manager at Percheron, LLC, with over 14 years of experience as a professional engineer and project manager. Her focus areas include; overseeing, reviewing, and coordinating all activities for planning, estimating, and designing for varied projects and diverse industries.
Scot McClure
Scot McClureis a Sr. Project Manager at Percheron, LLC, with over 20 years of diverse experience across project management, engineering, operations, and asset management. He has demonstrated success in executing large capital portfolios; developing, building, operating, and turning around organizations; and developing, implementing, and managing best practices to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement.
Susie Stopa
Susie Stopa joined Percheron, LLC, in 2016 and has over 17 years of experience in Right Of Way. Representing client interests and advising ROW acquisition, survey, and constructability contractors regarding client procedures, state and federal guidelines, and industry standards. Her professional experience is diverse and demonstrates the ability to successfully consult contractors on behalf of the client to ensure project goals are met in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
David Manning
David is a project manager for Percheron, LLC with 16+ years of experience in the right of way and land acquisition industry. His professional skills include scoping, sighting, title search, project and construction management, team supervision, and more. David has a Bachelor's Degree from Texas Tech University and is a member of AAPL.
Loic Laforet
Loic Laforet is a project manager with over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He joined Percheron, LLC in 2013, previously as a title reviewer. Loic is an active member of AAPL, and his professional skills include managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, due diligence, title research, and client reporting.
