Sarah Godfrey
Sarah Godfrey is a Project Manager from Percheron, LLC with 7 years of experience in the ROW industry. She joined Percheron in 2016, previously as a senior ROW agent with extensive experience on both pipeline and public sector projects.

Micheal Dunagan
Michael Dunagan, RPL is a Senior Project manager for Percheron, LLC with over 18 years of experience in the pipeline, energy, and land industries. He joined Percheron in 2014, previously as a landman and contractor for legacy company OGM Land. Michael received a degree in Business Administration from Austin Community College.
Bernie Worley III
Bernie Worley, III is a Project Manager for Percheron, LLC with over 8 years of landman and project management experience. He joined Percheron in 2015, previously as a land lead. Bernie attended West Virginia University College of Law.
Tralisa Hargrove
Tralisa Hargrove is a Project Manager for Percheron, LLC with 13+ years of experience within the Oil & Gas industry. She joined Percheron in 2010, as a pipeline project manager and has managed large pipeline projects throughout Texas. Her experience includes private, State, and Federal negotiations and permitting as well as managing many aspects of land acquisition (fee simple, leasing, right-of-way) and construction processes.
Paul Coffinger
Paul Coffinger is a Project Manager for Percheron, LLC with over 12 years of experience in the pipeline industry. He joined Percheron in 2011, previously as a senior ROW and acquisitions agent. Paul has extensive experience on capital and operations projects throughout South Texas.
Tyna Hammond
Tyna Hammond is Grid Product Manager for Percheron, LLC with 12+ years of experience within the Oil & Gas industry. She joined Percheron in 2011 and has helped manage, maintain, and train all Percheron team members on project databases. Tyna received a Bachelor's of Science in data management and data analytics from West Governors University.
Ashley Labenz
Ashley Labenz is a Project Manager for Percheron, LLC, with over 12 years of experience in the ROW industry. She joined Percheron in 2011, previously as a database coordinator. Ashley received an associate's degree from North Central Texas College and is a licensed Texas notary.
Robert Winter
Robert Winter is a Project manager with 15+ years of experience within the ROW industry. He has experience in pipeline transmission and operations, electrical distribution/transmission, compressor stations, and modernization. He joined Percheron in 2008 for legacy company Mason Dixon as a senior landman and has worked on many large-scale projects over the years.
Nick Hagenlock
Nick Hagenlock is a Project Manager for Percheron, LLC with over 15 years of landman and ROW industry experience. He joined Percheron in 2016. Nick received a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and Management.
Jeff Woodson
Jeff Woodson, RPLS, is a project manager for Percheron, LL with over 20 years of experience in Land Surveying in Texas and Louisiana, including transportation, construction, topographic, boundary, ALTA, route, and pipeline surveys. He also has experience in writing metes and bounds, easement descriptions and preparation of deed sketches from recorded subdivision maps, deeds, and tax drawings. Jeff earned a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Northeast Louisiana University and is a registered professional land surveyor.
