Due Diligence Agent - (1693)
Responsible for data entry, review, analyzing easements, oil and gas leases, alignment sheets, and administration activities
•Input land record information into database and Client databases to set up and maintain land contracts
•Analyze title to confirm ownership interest
•Proof documents for accuracy
•Maintain Excel spreadsheets
•Generate various agreements
•Familiar with land title, deeds, wills, and other documents affecting the ownership.
•Other duties as assigned
•High School graduate plus any related administrative training.
•College-level courses a plus
•Proficient in PC operation, including spreadsheet and word processing. Experience in database program operations is a plus.
•Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage their work in an efficient manner, and the ability to work well under stress and time pressures.
•Recommend changes to assure quality document generation.
•Should be knowledgeable in the methods and techniques for performing Land Service activities.
•Should possess some knowledge and skills in land description and terminology
•Practical experience in the application, modification, and adaptation of standards, techniques, and procedures for right-of-way documents.
•Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
•Proficient analytical skills with accuracy/attention to detail a must
•Ability to work autonomously and to collaborate fully as a team player.
•Ability to pay close attention to details, and present good planning, organization, and time management skills.
•Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily.
•Ability to maintain regular attendance as per work schedule agreed with the manager (may require working an adjusted work schedule based on project assigned and work overtime if warranted).
•Ability to comply with applicable laws and regulations and Company policies and procedures.
