HOUSTON, TX – January 8, 2015 - Percheron announced the addition of Arch Stout as Vice President, Survey. Arch comes to Percheron with more than 40 years of widely varied surveying and management experience.

Arch was a founding partner of the Houston based civil engineering and surveying company, Costello, Inc, working there for 18 years. He previously served as the Assistant Manager of Survey for the survey department of Mustang Engineering. His career afforded him the opportunity to live across the country and spend 4 years working in oil and gas in Saudi Arabia. Arch is well versed in all aspects of boundary surveying, design and construction surveying. He is also skilled in computer operations and computer-aided drafting and has supervised the preparation of construction plans, right of way plans, land survey plats, pipeline and transmission line easement plats, alignment sheets, permit exhibits and topographic maps.
Arch has been a licensed land surveyor for the past 28 years. He is an RPLS, member of the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors, both state and local chapters, and a veteran of the United States Army. He currently resides in Burr, Texas with his wife Patricia.
