Harry Heinbaugh has 16 years of industry experience, with expertise in project management, right of way, title curative, Oil & Gas lease acquisition, field inspections, document preparation, and contract negotiation. He joined Percheron in 2008, previously as a Broker and contract Project Manager. Harry has held the position of Managing Director for the past five years, overseeing right of way projects for multiple clients across the country. He previously held the position of Project Manager – Energy, managing all curative, certified title, and lease title projects through the Appalachian region. He has over 29 years of experience in management, purchasing, and business analysis. 

Harry received a bachelor's degree from Penn State University and is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), the Michael Late Benedum Chapter (MLBC), the International Right of Way Association (IRWA), and the Appalachian Pipelines Association (APA). Harry currently serves as the Local Director for the IRWA - Chapter 88, as well as the Director and Sponsorship Committee Chair for the MLBC. He earned his RPL certification through the AAPL.
