Right of Way Management Specialists for projects across the United States - (1)
Quality Management
•Coordinate with Regional Manager in developing Project Scope, Budget, Deliverables, and Milestones.
•Refine Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in accordance with Client specific deliverables with coordination between Regional Manager and Integrated Services.
•Remain current on Company SOP updates and implement Project SOP.
•Assist in the scheduling and completion of onsite audits.
•Ensure accuracy of Client reports and GIS reporting tools.
Management
•Manage Field Personnel at Project Office and the team assigned to that office, handle office-related issues, etc.
•Monitor performance of field personnel and ensure management tools are being used appropriately.
•Hold regular management meetings for improved communication and training.
•Communicate Client scope changes with Regional Manager and Field Personnel.
•Provide alignment between Delivery Service, HR, GIS, and IT.
IT
•Assist in ordering necessary hardware for Field Offices.
•Instruct Regional Manager and Field personnel to follow Company’s IT policy.
•Assist in asset inventory.
Client Facing
•Work with Regional Manager and Client to define the scope of work and project deliverables.
•Communicate potential cost overruns and scope changes with the Regional Manager and Client in a timely manner.
•Generate and submit Change Order documentation to support scope changes when necessary.
•Communicate internal audit results with Regional Manager and Client.
•Coordinate staffing levels with Regional Manager and Client when directed.
•Provide project reporting to Regional Manager and Client in accord with the Client’s schedule.
Human Resources
•Assist Regional Manager with developing plans and ideas for continued employee satisfaction.
•Should be highly knowledgeable in the purchase of short- and long-term lease of land agreements
and right of way for construction that meets the organization's goals.
•Oversees all land related legal issues, including transfers of titles and deeds, construction,
mortgage concerns, and zoning.
•Makes resolutions and other legal forms related to land acquisitions.
•Should be highly knowledgeable in Oil & Gas Mineral Title or Surface Title or
Survey requisites in the various states Percheron operates.
•Should have sufficient knowledge to display the ability to quickly access pertinent
information to allow for informed decisions and respond to the challenges of
all assigned tasks.
•Should be ready to assist in the progression of establishing, reviewing, and
continually updating proper workflows to produce high standard and cost
efficient deliverables
•Should possess strong management skills that allow for identifying skill strengths and
weaknesses of direct reports with an emphasis on Finding, Retaining, Engaging
and Developing top talent.
Preferences:
•5 to 7 years minimum experience in a related field.
•1 to 3 years supervisory experience in a related field.
•Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent to a four-year degree recommended but not required.
