Larry Kocurek is a Managing Director for Percheron, LLC, with 18+ years of industry experience in multiple end markets including midstream, upstream, electric transmission, and renewables. In his previous position as Director, Title & Curative, Larry oversaw Percheron’s title department for all title and curative projects across the United States. Larry helped develop critical processes and efficiencies to create a more competitive and cost-effective in-house title department.
He joined Percheron in August 2005 as a landman for OGM Land Company, working in multiple counties and states. As a Project Manager for Percheron Energy, Larry oversaw numerous projects, large and small, including title, leasing, and curative, throughout various states. Larry was then promoted to Curative Department Manager and managed all curative projects for the Southern Region.
Larry received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas State University and is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL), and the West Houston Association of Professional Landmen (WHAPL). He earned his CPL certification through the AAPL in 2013. Larry has been a member of the Percheron Safety Committee; and currently serves on the Board of Directors for WashFest, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that benefits local charities and scholarships for his community.
