Lhag Bowers is a Managing Director for Percheron, LLC, with 20 years of industry experience.  He began his career with Percheron as a field landman negotiating and acquiring oil and gas leases on a variety of projects throughout New York in 2004 and gained experience in working on all manner of energy related land projects across the Appalachian basin including acquisitions, title, ROW and curative.

In 2009, he accepted an offer to work in-house with Percheron to assist with management activities.  Lhag has served in various management roles including Senior Project Manager, Director - Appalachia, and General Manager, Appalachia - Energy.  Lhag is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), and the Michael Late Benedum Chapter (MLBC), serving as MLBC President in 2023-24.  Lhag earned his RPL certification through the AAPL.
