Rick Corman is a Managing Director for Percheron, LLC, with 18 years of experience in the energy industry.
Rick began his career as a field Landman with Mason Dixon Energy in the Appalachian Basin, performing surface title, mineral title, and negotiating surface agreements. Rick established the Mason Dixon Regional office in Denver in 2011, subsequently performing and managing due diligence, right of way, surface and mineral title, permitting, carbon capture pore space acquisitions and BLM/State mineral title projects throughout the Rockies Region. He previously served as General Manager, Central–Energy, overseeing all operations in the Central Region, including the Permian, Delaware, Scoop/Stack, DJ, Powder River, Green River, San Juan, and Bakken basins.
Rick was a Naval Communications Specialist in the US NAVY prior to entering the Oil & Gas Industry. He is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), the Denver Association of Petroleum Landman (DAPL), the Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL), the Wyoming Association of Professional Landmen (WAPL), the Permian Basin Landman Association (PBLA) and the Michael Late Benedum Chapter (MLBC). Rick previously served as the Co-Chair of the Landman 500 committee for the DAPL and as Membership Committee Chair and Executive board member for the MLBC. He earned his RPL certification through the AAPL.
