Percheron is looking to identify available Leasing Agents that are local to the North Central and or Southwest PA (Appalachian area) for potential opportunities.

• Ability to effectively negotiate with private landowners and governmental agencies for the acquisition and leasing of various land rights.
• Ability to plan and organize workload, adjusts to changing priorities, and work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Perform internal and external due diligence to ensure accuracy and completeness of land rights or to identify and bring forward deficiencies requiring curative action.
• Knowledge of settlement instruments and contract terms
• Able to interpret title and abstracts.
• Experience in land title research.
• Proficient in PC operation, including spreadsheet and word processing. Experience in database program operations is a plus.
