Percheron is accepting applications for experienced right of way Regulatory Permit Specialists for potential projects across the United States. 

• Pipeline permitting includes Highways/Roads (public and private), Railroads, Waterways, Sovereign Lands, Special/Condition Use, etc.
• Understanding of the FERC process and reporting requirements associated with FERC filings as they relate to permits.
• Provide detailed project reporting with regards to permits acquired, permits outstanding, permit terms, renewal dates and fees, etc. associated with acquiring the necessary permits and keeping them current throughout the project timeline.
• Familiarity with large project databases is essential.
