Katy, TX – June 14, 2023 – Percheron, LLC announces several position changes within the Engineering team.
kc yostWe would first like to congratulate KC Yost, Jr, PE - VP, Engineering, on his 45-year career in engineering and announce his retirement.  KC will be stepping into a part-time role as Executive PM and Business Manager.  KC came to Percheron in 2020 to help build the Engineering team.  He brought with him a wealth of experience in the pipeline industry, including notable roles acting as an SME and technical authority during the design and construction of many pipeline systems.

“We are very grateful for KC’s time with Percheron and his role in creating a successful strategy and assembling an outstanding group of professionals who support our Engineering, Surveying, UAS, and GIS services,” said Trent Oglesby, CEO of Percheron, LLC.

KC’s career experience involved projects with pipeline lengths from less than 1 to over 1,500 miles, carrying natural and industrial gases, liquid hydrocarbons, and other fluids on project stages ranging from conception, through design and construction, to commissioning.  He has a strong aptitude for program, project, and construction management and a comprehensive technical background in due diligence and feasibility studies.  KC has proven experience in route selection, piping, facility design, estimating, hydraulic analysis, contract and material specifications, code compliance audits, and evaluations. His in-depth understanding of permit acquisitions has enabled him to confidently lead hundreds of technical and engineering staff on pipeline and facilities projects throughout North and South America.  His continued support and wisdom will be welcome, albeit in a reduced capacity, for as long as he is available to do so.

“While KC will be greatly missed personally and professionally, he leaves his responsibilities in capable hands.  We are confident Noah Dyer and Bryan Kinsler will continue to build upon our solid foundation and very much look forward to our future success under their leadership,” said Trent.
