Brad Sitton, PE, is a Program Director for Percheron, LLC with more than 38 years of experience leading engineering, construction, operations, and business growth initiatives across the pipeline, facilities, and energy services industries. His expertise includes strategic planning, operational excellence, organizational growth, leadership development, P&L management, and major capital project execution.

Throughout his career, Brad has served in senior executive and operational leadership roles for organizations across the United States and Canada. His experience spans the full lifecycle of energy infrastructure assets, including engineering, project delivery, pipeline construction, facilities development, construction management, acquisitions and integrations, and organizational growth initiatives.

Brad's project experience includes executive oversight of major domestic and international pipeline and facilities projects throughout North America, South America, and Africa. His technical background includes pipeline engineering, project management, permitting, survey, right-of-way acquisition, procurement, construction management, and major capital project execution.

Brad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Texas. He has also completed executive education in Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage through the University of Houston's UH Energy program and remains actively involved in industry organizations supporting the energy infrastructure sector.
