Brian Davis is a Managing Director for Percheron, LLC, based in Denver, Colorado, with 13+ years of experience in the energy industry.  Brian joined Percheron in 2011 as a field landman and began working as an in-house Project Manager in 2013. He has since gained experience managing electrical transmission and pipeline right-of-way, oil and gas, and renewable energy-related projects, including seismic permitting, county and state permitting, due diligence, title, mineral lease acquisition, solar and wind rights projects.

Brian received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station.  He is an active member of AAPL, DAPL and WAPL and achieved his CPL certification.
