Lori Fisher is a Managing Director for Percheron, LLC, with 20+ years of industry experience. Lori joined OGM Land Company as a Landman in 2000. She has performed many roles in the organization, including Lease Analyst, Project Manager, Curative Manager, and the last 10+ years overseeing the Land Administration Department.
As Director, she has had the opportunity to fully integrate numerous offices nationwide and develop a set of processes to streamline the workflow of the Land Administration Department at Percheron. She is responsible for leading the department in document generation and management, including maintaining, analyzing, and interpreting lease records, easements, and other contracts.
Lori is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL), National Association of Lease & Title Analysts (NALTA), and Houston Association of Lease & Title Analysts (ALTA), currently serving as the NALTA Site Selection Chair. In 2017, Lori received the ALTA Member of the Year Award. In 2019, Lori received the NALTA Outstanding Service Award. She previously served as ALTA First VP, NALTA Certification Director, CPLTA Liaison, is a Qualified CPLTA Instructor, and has conducted CPLTA study groups, reviews, and testing in the Houston area for over a decade. She earned her CPLTA (Certified Professional Lease & Title Analyst) certification through NALTA.
