Justin Lyon is a Managing Partner for Percheron, LLC. Justin is responsible for the integrated services offered by Percheron through the land administration/documents and title departments, as well as Percheron's HSE Department and ESG efforts.

Justin has over 18 years of experience in the industry. Prior to assuming his current role, Justin served Percheron as Regional Field Manager and Director of Project Oversight. He was responsible for overseeing field staff and projects in the Barnett Shale area, Texas panhandle, and western Oklahoma. He has been instrumental in developing and implementing Percheron's QA/QC process, safety protocols, and the internal employee safety committee.  Prior to his career in the energy industry, he served in two management roles at Ekstrom Enterprises.

Justin holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and a Master's degree from Auburn University. He is a member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA). He serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the ROW Consultants Council, holding the position of Chairman of the Council for 2019-2024. He is also a member of the Austin Chalk Chapter of API, the Pipeliners Association of Houston, and the San Antonio Pipeliners Association. Justin has his PEC Safe Land certification, H2S Clear, and CPR/First Aid certification and has taken various safety courses.
