Mike Quinn is a Managing Partner for Percheron, LLC, with over 18 years of experience in the pipeline industry.
Mike began his career as a land agent with OGM Land Company. He was responsible for projects in East Texas and the Barnett Shale, performing well site acquisition, mineral title, pipelines, and permitting. Transitioning into a project manager position with the newly formed Percheron Acquisitions, he oversaw intrastate pipeline projects, large surface sites, eminent domain, and large E&P gathering systems in the Barnett and Eagle Ford Shale Plays. In October 2016, Mike was promoted to General Manager, Central, overseeing all right of way projects throughout the country's Central Region, including large-scale pipeline and electric transmission projects.
In 2020, Mike was promoted to managing partner of our Midstream Division at Percheron. He has been instrumental in mentoring project management candidates, creating internal processes and software for streamlined reporting, and integrating various project databases. Additionally, Mike has enhanced project management training for all Percheron managers to better serve our clients and their project requirements.
Mike received his Applied Science Degree in Aquaculture from Texas State Technical College, then attended Texas A&M Corpus Christi to study environmental science. He is an active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA), the Pipeliners Association of Houston, and the San Antonio Pipeliners Association. Mike serves as a Commissioner for the City of Wharton Planning Committee and as a Director on various boards in the community.
