Ana B. Rausch is a Managing Partner with Percheron, LLC. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Percheron.
Ana has over 30 years of project management experience in the right of way industry for multiple sectors, including electric utility, pipeline, rail, telecommunications, transit, wind, solar, transportation, and municipality projects. Her areas of expertise in infrastructure development include feasibility studies, negotiation, and acquisition, title research, title curative, permitting, relocation assistance, damage settlement, construction support, condemnation support, due diligence, budgeting, and forecasting.
Prior to joining Percheron in 2009, Ana was the Vice President of Real Estate for a major Transit Authority, managing real estate acquisitions for multiple rail lines. Before that, she worked in the right of way infrastructure industry, serving clients nationwide as a project manager.
Ana is actively involved in the International Right of Way Association (IRWA). Ana is currently an active member of the IRWA International Electric and Utilities Committee and previously served as the Chair of IRWA Region 2 from 2015-2017. She is a Certified IRWA Climb Instructor, past President, and Professional of the Year for IRWA Chapter 8. She has received IRWA’s designations for Senior Right of Way Agent (SR/WA) and Right of Way Relocation Assistance Certification (R/W-RAC).
She holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA in finance from the University of Houston. Ana is also a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
