Robert Coligan is the Director of Percheron’s PMO (Project Management Office) department.  Robert brings a wealth of project delivery, technical knowledge, and PMO experience from roles with Eagleton Engineering, where he built up the Project Controls department, including writing many policies and procedures.  After Eagleton, Robert moved on to positions with Jacobs and Burrow Global before joining Percheron in January 2021 as a Project Control Specialist.  He holds an Accounting degree from the University of Houston.
