HOUSTON, TX – June 2, 2026 – Percheron, LLC announces the hiring of Mark Clayton as Managing Director. Mark brings more than 15 years of experience supporting midstream oil and gas operations, acquisitions, and infrastructure development, with a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex multi-state capital projects.

Prior to joining Percheron, Mark held several leadership roles at a large-scale midstream infrastructure company, where he most recently served as Project Manager, Land. In this role, he acted as the primary land liaison for capital projects, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination. He played a key role in major acquisitions and joint ventures, ensuring seamless integration of land systems and agreements. Throughout his career, he has developed a broad and well-rounded expertise in land and project management, encompassing right-of-way acquisition, title analysis, multi-state operations, and field-based due diligence support for oil and gas developments.

Mark is a graduate of Texas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. He is an active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and contributes to the Pipeline Committee, supporting industry best practices and professional development.
