Lindsey Berlin Hale serves as Director of Operational Transformation and Intelligent Automation at Percheron, where she shapes how strategy translates into execution. She leads organization-wide initiatives that strengthen how Percheron designs processes, uses data, adopts intelligent automation and AI, and navigates change.
Lindsey brings broad cross-industry experience helping organizations improve how work gets done, combining practical process design, decision-driven reporting, and intelligent automation with a strong emphasis on shared ownership, sustainable change, and measurable impact.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and a Master’s degree from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. Lindsey is also a trained Python programmer and data scientist, grounding her transformation work in strong analytical and technical foundations.
