Aaron Yost, CPL, is a Managing Partner of Percheron, LLC, and serves on the Board of Directors.
Aaron is responsible for Percheron’s Upstream E&P services. His experience includes project management, title research, title curative, due diligence, and acquisitions. He began his career as a professional landman in 2001 with Mason Dixon Energy. In 2010 he was promoted to Vice President of Operations and helped bring together four of the nation’s leading land service companies through the merger that resulted in Percheron.
Aaron holds a Bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University. He is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and the Michael Late Benedum Chapter (MLBC). Aaron earned his Certified Professional Landman certification (CPL) in 2011. He’s served on and chaired many committees for AAPL and MLBC. He is also a Past-President of MLBC, Past 3rd Vice President of AAPL, and Chair of the AAPL Educational Foundation, Inc.
Aaron also serves on the advisory boards at West Virginia University for the MS in Energy Environments program, the West Virginia University Energy Land Management program, Marietta College Energy Land Management program, and the Campaign Advisory Council for West Virginia University Medicine Children's Hospital.
