PMO

At Percheron, we understand that successfully tracking project performance and quality across multiple disciplines and phases of a project can seem impossible with limited internal resources. That’s why Percheron implemented the Project Management Office (PMO), offering a single point-of-contact across Percheron’s integrated solutions.
