Ben Allison is Environmental Project Manager for Percheron, LLC. He has over 25 years of hands-on experience in the environmental permitting/consulting industry. He has an outstanding biological/natural resources background and a firm understanding of regulatory/resource requirements and engineering and construction needs associated with site-specific and linear projects. Ben holds a Master's degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Bachelor's degree from Sul Ross State University.
Matthew Burzynski is a Project Manager - Engineering for Percheron, LLC. He has over +12 years of experience in the oil, gas and chemicals industries holding roles in various areas of project execution for facilities and pipelines including project management, construction management, environmental permitting, project controls, and procurement. Matthew has developed trusted relationships and talent with a strategic eye on innovation who possesses an excellent record of sound business judgement, project leadership, expanding responsibilities across multiple functions. He has a bachelors degree in Environmental Science from Texas A&M Corpus Christi.
Paul Coffinger is a Project Manager for Percheron, LLC with over 12 years of experience in the pipeline industry. He joined Percheron in 2011, previously as a senior ROW and acquisitions agent. Paul has extensive experience on capital and operations projects throughout South Texas.
Kevin Coulter, PE is Project Manager - Engineering for Percheron, LLC. He has over 9 years of experience in the oil, gas and chemicals industries holding roles in every area of project execution for facilities and pipelines including project engineering, construction support, project controls, procurement, engineering and design on project stages ranging from conception, through design and construction, to commissioning. Kevin brings several years of field experience combined with project management, engineering and design experience to provide practical and elegant solutions. He holds a bachelors in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Patrick Curlin is Mapping Lead - Survey for Percheron with over 26 years of experience in pipeline route design and mapping. He is experienced in coordination, personnel, for both small, fast-paced, multi-state projects and large, multi-year, long linear projects. He serves as mapping lead for select projects throughout the nation. In addition, he has extensive technical skills in different CAD programs. Patrick is Blue Sky certified Level II.
Christa Dotson, Esq. is a Project Manager for Percheron, LLC, with 16 years of experience in the energy industry. Christa holds a B.A. and J.D. from West Virginia University. She is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation, the American Association of Professional Landmen, the Michael Late Benedum Chapter of the AAPL and the Women’s Energy Network.
Brandon Driggers, PE, is Engineering Manager for Percheron, LLC, and a professional engineer with over 13 years of experience in project execution for facilities and pipeline projects. He joined Percheron in 2022 as a Project Manager. Brandon received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Houston and is an active member of the Pipeliner's Association of Houston (PAH) and the Houston GPA Midstream Association. Brandon is a Licensed P.E. in Alabama, Louisiana, Nevada, and Texas.
Michael Dunagan, RPL is a Senior Project manager for Percheron, LLC with over 18 years of experience in the pipeline, energy, and land industries. He joined Percheron in 2014, previously as a landman and contractor for legacy company OGM Land. Michael received a degree in Business Administration from Austin Community College.
Patrick Fawbush is Project Manager - Energy, with 18+ years of industry experience. He joined Percheron in June 2000, previously as a Project Manager. Pat received a Bachelor’s Degree from Purdue University and is an active member of the AAPL, WHAPL and APLA. He earned his CPL certification through the AAPL.
Jim Ford is CAD Manager for Percheron, with 20+ years’ experience in land surveying and operations. He joined Percheron in June 2011 and was the lead Technicians for many of Percheron larger survey projects including the Shell Falcon Project. Jim is responsible for developing and implementing new technologies as well as training Technicians for the entire surveying department. Jim received an A.A.S. Degree in Engineering Design Graphics at Austin Community College and attended South West Texas State University. Jim is also BlueSky certified, Level II and pursuing his S.I.T. certification.
Josh Gaddis is Senior Recruiter for Percheron with 13 years of oil & gas industry experience. He joined Percheron in August 2010. Josh received a Bachelor’s Degree from Pittsburg State University after playing baseball for Kansas City Kansas Community College. He is an active member of the IRWA Chapter 8 in Houston.
Matthew Gallant is a Title Supervisor for Percheron, LLC with 10+ years of industry experience. He joined Percheron in 2012, after working overseas for the U.S. Military. Matthew is a member of the AAPL.
Bob Garrison is a Project Manager for Percheron, LLC, with extensive experience in the pipeline industry, managing various natural gas transmission/distribution projects. He is a licensed real estate "Broker in Charge" for North Carolina, joining Percheron in 2011. Bob received a Bachelor's of Science from The University of UNC Pembroke and is an active member of IRWA.
Sarah Godfrey is a Project Manager from Percheron, LLC with 7 years of experience in the ROW industry. She joined Percheron in 2016, previously as a senior ROW agent with extensive experience on both pipeline and public sector projects.
Billy Greathouse is Project Manager - Survey for Percheron with over 20 years of surveying experience, with the last 10+ years focused on new pipeline and facility development as well as O&M. At Percheron Billy is key in new project development and execution, as well as project coordination and management. Billy is experienced in all aspects of land surveying including preliminary, construction, and final as-built for various types of oil and gas projects. He is also well versed in civil topographic surveying, engineering design, route design, ALTA/ACSM Land Title, boundary, and all aspects of plant and refinery surveying. He is experienced in coordinating and managing multiple projects and field crews, safety personnel, on projects both large and small.
