David is a project manager for Percheron, LLC with 16+ years of experience in the right of way and land acquisition industry. His professional skills include scoping, sighting, title search, project and construction management, team supervision, and more. David has a Bachelor's Degree from Texas Tech University and is a member of AAPL.

Loic is an active member of AAPL, and his professional skills include managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, due diligence, title research, and client reporting.

David has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University. His skills include due diligence, route development, project management, and negotiations. 

Mike Brennan is a project manager for Percheron, LLC. with 22+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His skills include full title analysis, subdivisions, HBP, and due diligence.

Rhia Miler, SR/WA, R/W-NAC, is a Project Manager at Percheron, LLC with over 35 years of right-of-way experience. She has worked on several roadway projects in Fort Bend County, Texas, and on Texas Department of Transportation projects. Prior to joining Percheron, Rhia served as the Director of Right of Way for the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County, Texas (METRO), and oversaw the expansion of METRO’s three light rail corridors. She is an active member of IRWA and SRWA.
