Gary Allison is an Enviromental Project Manager for Percheron, LLC, with over 20 years of industry related experience. He recieved a Masters of Science in Wildlife Biology from Stephen F. Austin State University. 

Jorge Lopez is a Managing Director for Percheron, LLC, with 16 years of experience in the energy industry.  Jorge joined Percheron in 2018 and became Regional Manager over many right of way midstream and electric transmission projects in the Gulf Coast Region.  Most recently, Jorge was the Program Manager for one of Percheron’s largest electric transmission clients.  His energy industry experience includes oil and gas lease and mineral acquisitions, pooling/unitization, JOA’s, title research, contract negotiations, and right of way acquisition for midstream and electric transmission. 

Jorge has a bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas - RGV and is currently working to complete his MBA in Finance from the University of Houston.  He received his RPL certification from the AAPL and is an active member of the IRWA. 

Bryan Williams, PMP, is a Program Director for Percheron, LLC with 33+ years of experience. He joined Percheron in 2023, bringing extensive expertise in managing pipeline, metering, and global hydrogen projects with large capital budgets.

Through his work as a Project Manager for a worldwide industrial gas and engineering company, Bryan’s experience includes coordination with business and project stakeholders, project scope development, budget, schedule, and critical success factors for various size projects. His technical background includes facility design, permitting, scheduling, and estimating for large tonnage oxygen plants, one-through river water systems, cryogenic back-up and distribution systems, ultra-high purity electronics grade gas systems, and pipelines.

Bryan holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy West Point and served in the U.S. Army.  He is a member of the Project Management Institute and has been a certified Project Management Professional, PMP, since 2001.

Pammy Hluchan, P.E., is a Program Director for Percheron, LLC.  She joined the team in March 2022, with over 16 years of experience in the pipeline, public works, oil and gas industries. 

As a project manager, Pammy boasts extensive knowledge in managing large-scale fully integrated projects spanning land, engineering, survey, environmental, procurement, and construction management.  Her diverse technical background includes experience in design, management, and integration of crude oil facilities, pipeline routing, public works design and consulting, transmission line design, utility relocations, permitting, construction plans and municipal water/wastewater systems. 

Pammy holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M, with a minor in Business, and received her license as a Professional Engineer in Texas in 2011.

Matthew Burzynski is a Program Director for Percheron, LLC with over 12 years of experience in the oil, gas, and chemicals industries. 

His extensive background includes roles in various areas of project execution for facilities and pipelines including project management, construction management, environmental permitting, project controls, and procurement. Matthew has developed trusted relationships and talent with a strategic eye on innovation who possesses an excellent record of sound business judgment, project leadership, and expanding responsibilities across multiple functions. 

He holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Texas A&M Corpus Christi.  Matthew is an active member of the Pipeliners Association of Houston, San Antonio Pipeliners Association and Louisiana Pipeliners Association.

Lauren Jones is a Managing Director for Percheron, LLC with 7 years of energy industry experience. 

Since joining Percheron in 2019, Lauren Jones has led various land acquisition projects for electric distribution, renewable natural gas, and telecommunication industries as a Program Manager. Her expertise includes site acquisition and negotiating for major telecommunication carrier projects, municipal permitting, document preparation, title research, and acquiring power distribution easements on behalf of leading power companies. From right of way acquisition to project management, Lauren excels in every aspect of the industry, managing multiple 100+ mile projects in various stages from onset to completion

With a Bachelor's degree from Lenoir Rhyne University, Lauren also holds her NC Real Estate Broker License and is an active member of the IRWA

Lori Cox is a Managing Director for Percheron, LLC.  She brings over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Her expertise includes project management, land valuation, title examination, mineral rights management, lease negotiations, due diligence, and curative.  As a Vice President of Land and Legal for an oil and gas land services company, Lori has extensive experience managing varying-size drill site programs, from title and leasing to curative and due diligence.

While working as a landman and title agent in the Permian Basin with Percheron, Lori completed her Energy MBA at Texas Christian University, with a Certificate in Sustainable Energy and ESG.  Additionally, she is a member of the Percheron ESG Committee.
