Lori Fisher

Lori Fisher is a Managing Director for Percheron, LLC, with 21+ years of industry experience. Lori joined OGM Land Company as a Landman in 2000. When her attention to detail was revealed, she moved into a lease analyst position.  In subsequent years, Lori was promoted to Project Manager, overseeing runsheets, mineral title and curative, and then Director of Land Administration.  

As Director, she has had the opportunity to fully integrate numerous offices nationwide and develop a set of processes to streamline the workflow of the Land Administration Department at Percheron. She is responsible for leading the department in document generation and management, including maintaining, analyzing, and interpreting lease records, easements, and contracts. 

Lori is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL), National Association of Lease & Title Analysts (NALTA), and Houston Association of Lease & Title Analysts (ALTA), currently serving on the NALTA Board of Directors as Certification Director for a 3rd term. She also serves as the NALTA Expansion Chair, most recently starting the ATX-ALTA Chapter in Austin, Texas.   In 2017, Lori received the ALTA Member of the Year Award.  In 2019, Lori received the NALTA Outstanding Service Award.  She previously served as ALTA First VP, CPLTA Liaison, is a Qualified CPLTA Instructor, and has conducted CPLTA study groups, reviews, and testing in the Houston area for six years.  She earned her CPLTA (Certified Professional Lease & Title Analyst) certification through NALTA.  Lori has an associate’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado Christian University.

Christine Krob

Christine Krob is Marketing Director Percheron with 11 years of industry experience. She joined Percheron in December 2011 as Marketing Manager for legacy company Percheron Acquisitions and aided in the merger and rebranding of all four legacy companies in 2012. In addition to marketing initiatives, she assisted in implementing and managing the tracking and production of all project proposals for several years. Christine was then elevated to Marketing Director, managing the marketing team and all internal and external marketing and communication efforts. Christine and her team provide marketing strategy, collateral design and development, project management, branding, event management, technical writing, corporate communications, and public relations, and aid in all business development efforts. Christine received a Bachelor's Degree from Texas A&M University.

Josh Gaddis

Josh Gaddis is Senior Recruiter for Percheron with 13 years of oil & gas industry experience.  He joined Percheron in August 2010. Josh received a Bachelor’s Degree from Pittsburg State University after playing baseball for Kansas City Kansas Community College.  He is an active member of the IRWA Chapter 8 in Houston.

Kirsten Gee

Kirsten Gee is a Managing Director for Percheron, LLC, with 21 years of industry experience.  

Kirsten began working for OGM Land Company in 2000.  Over the years, she has been responsible for overseeing various title, curative, leasing, and right of way projects in Texas and Oklahoma.  In addition, she has managed/worked on various renewable energy projects in Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and Ohio.  Kirsten was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2014.  

Kirsten received a Bachelor’s Degree from Sam Houston State University and is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), the Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL), the West Houston Association of Professional Landmen (WHAPL), the Ark-La-Tex Association of Professional Landmen (ALTAPL), and the International Right of Way Association (IRWA).  She earned her CPL certification through the AAPL and holds her Texas Real Estate License.

Jessica Jaggard

Jessica Jaggard, CPL, is a Managing Director for Percheron, LLC, with 17 years of industry experience in midstream and upstream operations.  She began her career with OGM Land Company in August 2004, providing title and leasing services.

Jessica served as a Project Manager, overseeing curative and reviewing mineral title.  She was promoted to Title Department Manager overseeing all Title projects for the country's southern region and subsequently named Director, Title nationwide.  Jessica helped create the Title Department in 2015 by selective staffing and developing key processes to be more cost-effective and efficient for our clients nationwide.   Key initiatives included implementing an in-house title group and standardized training for all title employees.

Jessica received her master's degree from Houston Baptist University and her bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University.  She is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), the Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL), and the West Houston Association of Petroleum Landman (WHAPL).  She earned her CPL certification through AAPL in 2013.

Arlene Kaplan

Arlene Kaplan is a Project/Relocation Manager - Field Services, with 31+ years of industry experience.  She joined Percheron in August 2012, previously as a Relocation Manager.  Arlene attended Northwestern University for Business Administration and has pursued extensive continuing education courses in real estate.  She is RW/RAC certified through the IRWA and holds a Texas Real Estate License.  Arlene is an active member of the IRWA and has co-authored various Relocation courses.  She is a Relocation Instructor and provides DOT in-house training for new and developing practitioners.  She previously co-founded IRWA Chapter 76, served as the Chairperson for the 46th Annual IRWA Education Conference and has held various other positions both locally and nationally for the IRWA.

Larry Kocurek

Larry Kocurek is a Managing Director for Percheron, LLC, with 16+ years of industry experience in midstream and upstream operations. In his previous position as Director, Title & Curative, Larry oversaw Percheron’s title department for all title and curative projects across the United States. Larry helped develop critical processes and efficiencies to create a more competitive and cost-effective in-house title department.

He joined Percheron in August 2005 as a landman for OGM Land Company, working in multiple counties and parishes in Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas. As a Project Manager for Percheron Energy, Larry oversaw numerous projects, large and small, including title, leasing, and curative, throughout Texas. Larry was then promoted to Curative Department Manager and managed all curative projects for the Southern Region.

Larry received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas State University and is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL), and the West Houston Association of Professional Landmen (WHAPL). He earned his CPL certification through the AAPL in 2013. Larry has been a member of the Percheron Safety Committee; and currently serves on the Board of Directors for WashFest, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that benefits local charities and scholarships for pediatric cancer patients.

Justin Lyon

Justin Lyon is a Managing Partner for Percheron, LLC. Justin is responsible for the integrated services offered by Percheron through the land administration/documents and title departments, as well as Percheron's HSE Department and ESG efforts.

Justin has over 16 years of experience in the industry. Prior to assuming his current role, Justin served Percheron as Regional Field Manager and Director of Project Oversight. He was responsible for overseeing field staff and projects in the Barnett Shale area, Texas panhandle, and western Oklahoma. Justin has held two managerial positions at Ekstrom Enterprises and served as a title agent with OGM Land. He has been instrumental in developing and implementing Percheron's QA/QC process, safety protocols, and the internal employee safety committee. 

Justin holds a Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and a Master's degree from Auburn University. He is a member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA). He serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the ROW Consultants Council, holding the position of Chairman of the Council for 2019-2020. He is also a member of the Austin Chalk Chapter of API, the Pipeliners Association of Houston, and the San Antonio Pipeliners Association. Justin has his PEC Safe Land certification, H2S Clear, MSHA certification, and CPR/First Aid certification and has taken various safety courses.

Jason Marks

Jason Marks is a Project Manager - Field Services, with 12 years of industry experience.  He joined Percheron in March of 2006, previously as a Crew Chief, Field Supervisor. Jason is a current memeber of AAPL.
