Sharon Tucker is Supervisor, Land Administration over 31 years of diversified experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.  She joined Percheron in 2000 as a Data Specialist and has since grown to manage the Land Administration Department.  Sharon is an active member of NALTA, ALTA, NADOA and HADOA.  She is a CPLTA instructor and current CPLTA Certification Director. 

Rocky Wisnieski is IT Director for Percheron with 21 years of industry experience.  He joined Percheron in July 2000, previously as IT Manager. Rocky is an active member of the AAPL and he has earned his ITIL certification.

For each of your projects, Percheron’s PMO offers:

• Integrated Reporting: Using Microsofts's Power BI Platform, we are able to integrate multiple project and cost tracking databases into one consolidated report. This single report provides you easy access to all key project performance and forecasting data. Example Power BI Report

• Project Analysis: PMO evaluates all available project data against the set baseline. Based upon project management training and incorporation of common principles, we provide solutions to produce an on-budget and on-time performance.

• Continuous Evaluation and Improvement: The production of accurate and quality deliverables comes from the continuous evaluations of our PMO process. Consist teamwork with subject matter experts and today's technical advances gives us the knowledge to implement the best available system for project success.

We will never put project timelines in front of Health & Safety of our employees.

We will strive to be industry leaders in Health, Safety & Environmental through continuous improvement to our policies and initiatives.

With this commitment in mind, the management team created an internal Percheron Safety Committee. The committee is made up of 10 total members, at least 1 from each department of the company. They meet monthly to review any previous incidents or near misses, develop internal employee training, implement companywide safety initiatives, and discuss client-related safety requirements. These members work behind the scenes and contribute to the development of a safety-first culture within the company.

Percheron has in place a comprehensive safety program. The program contains our policies and procedures, our plans and forms, and our codes of safe practice that we use to work toward providing a safe work environment. The intent of the safety program is to enhance and supplement the safety and health standards required by federal, state, and local laws, and to enhance and supplement the health and safety standards required by contracts to which Percheron is a party. The program was developed in accordance with OSHA standards and with other rules and regulations where applicable.

Percheron reinforces its commitment to its safety mission by the incorporation of a performance evaluation standard in the annual performance evaluation of employees.
