Sabrena McKinney

Sabrena McKinney is a Project Manager for Percheron, with 11 years of industry experience.  She joined Percheron in 2007, previously as a contractor then an in house Land Lead in 2015.  Sabrena earned her
Bachelors in Business Administration in Accounting at Baker College with a minor in Flex Studies; concentrations in Management, Marketing, and Human Resources. She is an active member of AAPL and MLBC and has a RPL certification.

James Murphy

James Murphy is Sr. Project Coodinator, Survey and sUAS.  He has over 15 years of field surveying experience, previoulsy serving as a Field Supervisor.  He joined Percheron in August 2010, previously as a Senior Party Chief.  James is an active member of the Texas Society of Professional Land Surveyors and an FAA - Certified sUAS Pilot with a Level 1 sUAS Thermography certification.

Lhag Bowers

Lhag Bowers is a Managing Director for Percheron, LLC, with 16 years of industry experience.  He began his career with Percheron as a field landman negotiating and acquiring oil and gas leases on a variety of projects throughout New York in 2004.

In 2009, he accepted an offer to work in-house with Percheron to assist with management activities.  As Senior Project Manager, Lhag was responsible for the management of all projects in Appalachia, including managing acquisition, title, ROW, and curative projects.  

He joined Percheron in May 2004, previously as a Senior Project Manager, Director - Appalachia, and General Manager, Appalachia - Energy.  Lhag is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), the Michael Late Benedum Chapter (MLBC), and the Northern Appalachian Landman's Association (NALA).   He currently serves as President for the MLBC.  Lhag earned his RPL certification through the AAPL.

Kyle Lesak

Kyle Lesak, CPL, is Vice President, Business Development for Percheron, LLC.  He has over 13 years of industry experience, beginning his career with OGM Land Company in 2008.  During this time, Kyle worked in title, leasing, due diligence, and curative in multiple counties and parishes in Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas. He was promoted to manage lease acquisition projects in the Barnett Shale Play.

Kyle received a bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and earned his CPL certification through the AAPL.  He is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Permian Basin Landman’s Association (PBLA), the Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL), West Houston Association of Petroleum Landman (WHAPL), Fort Worth Association of Professional Landman (FWAPL), and the Dallas Association of Petroleum Landmen (DAPL). 

Kyle serves as Director of the HAPL and IS a member of the service and golf committees.  Kyle also serves on the Board of Directors for Washfest Inc., a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that benefits local charities and scholarships for pediatric cancer patients, and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (HLSR) Breeders Greeters committee.

Aaron Yost

Aaron R. Yost, CPL, is a Managing Partner of Percheron, LLC. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Percheron. 

Aaron began his career as a field landman with Mason Dixon Energy. Eventually, he was promoted to Vice President—overseeing all of Mason Dixon Energy's operations throughout the Appalachian Basin and Rockies Region.

Aaron graduated from West Virginia University in 1997 with a B.A. in Sociology. He is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and the Michael Late Benedum Chapter (MLBC). Aaron earned his Certified Professional Landman certification (CPL) in 2011. He is a Past-President of MLBC, Past 3rd Vice President of AAAPL, and Chair of the AAPL Educational Foundation, Inc. He's served on and chaired several committees for AAPL, including Publications, Bylaws, and Policy Manual, Awards, and Strategic Planning. 

Aaron also serves on the advisory board at West Virginia University for the MS in Energy Environments program as well as the Campaign Advisory Council for West Virginia University Medicine Children's Hospital.

Jeff Trlicek

Jeff Trlicek is a Managing Partner for Percheron, LLC. He brings over 27 years of experience in the E&P industry. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Percheron. 

Jeff began his career with his South Central Texas family-owned title insurance business. After several years in title insurance, he moved into the land service industry specializing in mineral title, lease acquisition, and geophysical permitting. With this experience, Jeff became a project manager with Portman, Fleniken & McCall, managing large-scale upstream projects throughout the lower 48. In 2003, he became a partner in OGM Land, responsible for hundreds of projects across numerous end markets. His land services experience consists of upstream, midstream, geophysical, hard minerals, and renewable energy, to name a few.

After the merger in 2012, Jeff served as Vice President of the Energy division for Percheron, a position he held until April 2020, where he was named Managing Partner.

Jeff is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), is a Registered Petroleum Landman (RPL), a member of the Houston Association of Petroleum Landmen (HAPL), and serves on many boards and committees throughout his local community.

Rebecca Harrington

Rebecca Harrington is the Chief Financial Officer of Percheron, LLC. Rebecca joined Percheron in September 2016 after serving as the VP of Finance and Administration and Corporate Controller for Hydro Resources. Rebecca previously worked in the energy industry as the Corporate/Divisional Controller for Pioneer Drilling co/ WEDGE Oil and Gas. Rebecca has over 26 years of experience in corporate accounting and finance.

Rebecca holds a Masters degree in Accounting from East Carolina University.
